What is the What?- TWSRD

"What is the What", a novel written by Dave Eggars, has defiantly been a very overwhelming book. The story based in Sudan has exposed the inner soft side. The author vividly describes experiences in Sudan faced by Valentino. The book is not the most exciting and is quite draggy in certain parts. I certainly feel more aware and more touched by certain experiences. Some scenes in America has been so tedious and elongated.  The attention to detail is astonishing. Some parts are a bit skeptical and quite fictional. The probability of recalling every incident is nearly impossible. There must be certain lies to sympathize with the audience.

Reading with boundaries and time limits has never been coherent. I am finding the book like a marathon with thousands of obstacles and limits.Overall, the book has been a big a leap, and the challenge is being able to recover and continue going past all your obstacles to conquer success.

Indian Streotype

After a class about 'how to write about Africa', I was given a task to write about India Sweet India. I came up with a song

The lyrics of the song
India is a land of Snake Chalmers and Magian's,
Who use ancient mythology and modern technology.
India is a land where everyone is happy,
living in the chaos of the city life.
India is a land of dirt and business,
India is a land where everyone is super smart,
India is the land of curry and delicious food.
India is the land of coast and mountains,
India is the land with a thousand gods, which everyone worships
India is the land with corrupt ministers
India is the land with street food,
India, where the land meets the heaven.

Blogging - For or Against

'Is Blogging an essential to the English classroom'

Blogging is a very useful tool of the english class only when children are confident and consistently blog. I believe that blogging is a great way to express yourself to an open ended audience. We are privileged to have been exposed to modern tools such as blogs, which help us improve our writing. Blogging builds a community where you learn a lot from peoples writing and their feedback. In 8th grade it is quite essential to practice our writing. However this space should be used very carefully. The teachers have trusted us in using this space responsibly. There is a fine line between good and bad blogging. It all depends on the person. If one is a regular blogger he will have the most benefit. For a good blogger/ regular blogger, his blog is like his best friend which he can approach, in all phases of life. The blog becomes especially useful when, one is feeling low and their writing will lift them out of their gloomy mood. However, when there is no bond between the person and blog, the blog becomes a unused space and completely waste of time. Blogging is not essential, but is very useful when you approach a steady balance.
